Golden Al-Sham Booking & Cancellation Policies

At Golden Al-Sham, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our clients. Please read our booking and cancellation policies carefully before confirming your ride.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel your taxi booking, our cancellation rules vary by season:
  • Off-Season: You must cancel at least 3 days in advance to receive a full refund of your booking fee.
  • If canceled 2 days or less before the travel date, no refund will be issued.
  • Peak Season: Due to high demand, you must cancel at least 4 days in advance to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3 days or less before the travel date will not be eligible for a refund.

Payment Methods:

We offer two payment options for your convenience:

  1. Online Payment: Required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  2. Cash Payment: The remaining balance can be paid in Saudi Arabia directly to our team.

For online payments, you can securely pay using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Vehicle Availability:

When you book a specific vehicle, our sales team will provide you with images of the exact model. While the vehicle type will always match your booking, the color may vary depending on availability. This ensures you receive the same level of comfort and service, even if the vehicle color differs.
